Return Policy

Return Window

We welcome returns within 30 days of delivery. Simply reach out to us if you'd like to start a return.

What We Can Accept

We're happy to accept returns on items that are:

  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • Still in original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt

Items We Can't Accept

Unfortunately, we're unable to process returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as non-returnable when purchased

How to Return

Starting a return is easy:

  1. Send us an email at support@bellewaera.com with your order number and let us know what you'd like to return
  2. We'll send you simple return instructions
  3. Pack your item safely in its original packaging
  4. Ship it back to the address we provide

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've had a chance to look it over, we'll let you know if it's approved. If everything looks good, we'll process your refund within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense unless we made an error.

Exchanges

If something arrived damaged or defective, we'll gladly send you a replacement. Just reach out to us at support@bellewaera.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or isn't quite right, please contact us right away at support@bellewaera.com and include a few photos. We'll take care of you with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws. Depending on where you live, you may have additional protections, including the right to cancel certain purchases within a specific timeframe.
