Spring / Summer 2026

Sourced from Nature. Made by Hand.

We work to sustainably source our textiles, creating pieces that are as good for you as they are for the planet. Our garments are carefully stitched and dyed by hand, transformed by traditional Thai and Japanese crafts. Bellewaera embodies the slow fashion movement, bringing moments of reflection and stillness to our community.

00— who we are?

BELLEWAERA bridges two ancient craft traditions. The hand-work of ChiangMai, the indigo vats of Phayao, the quiet sensibility of rural Japan. Founded by Belle, who lives between all three.

01 — What we believe

Natural fibers.

Human-made.

Imperfection.

Slow fashion.

02 — The work

Every piece is the result of three quiet acts: where it comes from, how it transforms, and who is behind it. Learn more about our process below.

Origin

Nature

Our process begins with raw cotton, silk, or linen. Inspiration is drawn from moments in nature: the morning light filtering through the leaves, the crest of a rising wave. The soil beneath our hands and feet grounds our work.

Alchemy

Process

Raw material is transformed through dyeing, washing, hand-work, and repetition. Our practice is one of constant evolution: we learn and grow with each passing season. Each piece carries a unique memory of its transformation.

Presence

Human

Bellewaera always carries a human trace. Each garment is shaped by its makers, and holds history of the hands that formed it. The small variations in our garments are kept, an homage to the humans that empower and support our work.
